Indianapolis Colts: Stepping Up the Game in the 2023 Offseason

The Indianapolis Colts recently signed defensive tackle Adetomiwa Adebawore, a fourth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, bolstering their defensive line. In addition, the Colts have made a roster move, signing tight end Kaden Smith and waiving guard Harris LaChance.

In terms of player development, Reggie Wayne has shared his insights on how Josh Downs, the team's No. 79 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, could complement wide receivers Michael Pittman Jr. and Alec Pierce.

The Colts will be looking for this season to be a retooling year after taking project Quarterback Anthony Richardson with the 4th overall pick. That choice has tons of upside but there are also quite a few things in Richardson's game that need to be worked on. He will most likely step into the role as the starter after a disastrous last season for Matt Ryan that led to his getting benched multiple times during the year.
