Marshon Lattimore Ruled Out for Sunday’s Game Against Cowboys
The Commanders have officially ruled out Marshon Lattimore for Sunday’s game against the Cowboys due to a hamstring injury. It’s a difficult situation, as fans were eagerly anticipating his debut. Since joining Washington from the Saints as part of the trade deadline just 17 days ago, Lattimore hasn’t had the chance to hit the practice field with his new team. Injuries can be a tough break, especially when you’re trying to make your mark in a fresh environment, as Lattimore is.
Along with Lattimore, cornerback Noah Igbinoghene’s status for this week was up in the air. It’s now confirmed that Noah will be a full participant in this Sunday’s game. This is great news, as Washington’s secondary has run thin as of late due to injuries, especially amidst Lattimore’s return.
Now, the big question is when we’ll get to see Lattimore in action. The next opportunity for him to take the field is in Week 13 against the Titans. Hopefully, he’ll be able to get back into the groove and show everyone what he can do in his new threads. In the meantime, the Commanders will have to rely on their other players to step up and fill the gap. The Commanders face off against the Dallas Cowboys at 1:00 PM on Sunday.
