Can the Buffalo Bills be Ready to Take the Next Step in 2023?
The Buffalo Bills are coming off a successful 2022 regular season, in which they won 13 games and made the playoffs for a fourth consecutive year. They are led by quarterback Josh Allen, who is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. Allen threw for 4,283 yards and 35 touchdowns in 2022. He also led the NFL in rushing yards by a quarterback with 762 yards.
The Bills have also added some key pieces to their roster in the offseason. They signed running back Damien Harris to help improve their running game. They also drafted tight end Dalton Kincaid in the first round to add another dynamic weapon to this offensive passing attack.
The Bills are expected once again to be one of the top teams in the AFC in 2023. They have the talent to make a deep run in the playoffs. However, the question still remains is this team good enough to get over the hump?
Since making the AFC Championship back in 2020 the Bills have been eliminated in the divisional round the past two years and in heart-breaking fashion. Losing to Kansas City in overtime and then getting dominated by Cincinnati just this past season in an ugly 27-10 loss. The Bills are hoping this year they can find some playoff consistency to finally win their franchise’s first ever Super Bowl.
