Vikings Make the Largest Comeback Ever

Well, Vikings fans, if you didn't think this season would get any crazier … it indeed has. Last Saturday the Vikings trailed 33-0 at halftime and looked flat out terrible. The defense looked sloppy, offense couldn't get anything going and when they did it led to fumbles, and the special teams also was awful. Blocked punts, getting stopped on 4th down in our own end, and missed fake punts. This game was going south and people across the world were calling the Vikings frauds.

In the second half, however, is when we witnessed history. The Vikings would keep on scoring with Kirk Cousins finding KJ Osborn who had 157 receiving yards and a touchdown. Jefferson, once again, did his thing and got 123 yards and a touchdown. Big defensive stops allowed the Vikings to crawl their way back into this game. Eventually Kirk found Adam Thielen in the back of the end zone to make it a one possession game. The Colts were able to move the ball to around the Vikings 41 with a 4th and inches situation. The Colts, with just over two minutes left, elected to go for it and they failed. The Vikings, on the next play, found Dalvin Cook for the touchdown and TJ for the two point conversation to tie it up.

The game would go into overtime where the Vikings defense held the Colts and eventually would drive down the field to set up a game winning field goal. Joseph would hit and the game ended in a 39-36 win.

The Vikings are now 11-3 on the year and will host the New York Giants in a game that has big playoff implications.
